Tyler fixed my Sedona's hackjob that petsmart left me with and said they couldn't finish. Tyler returned her to glory and was very polite and respectful. Thank you! The 2nd pic is what I was left with after PetSmart. The 1st is her restoration.
My dog has had bad experiences at other groomers and is a difficult customer. He is highly reactive and anxious. They did a great job with him here and I'll definitely be bringing him back for future grooming needs.
Tyler has always taken great care of my pup, as well as a few of the previous groomers who worked there. Today, Tarrah was my pup's groomer and my dog came back looking like a million bucks! My little pup is old and lumpy, so anyone who takes the time to ensure that they aren't catching any of her old lady bumps is a God send. Im so thankful for their care for my dog.
