Took my dog here for 8 years. This Vet offers urgent care but poor service. The day my dog was really sick I called the clinic and they told me to take my dog to another random urgent care. My dog ended up passing away the same evening.

I have gone to Morgan Pet Clinic since 2014. My Mimi was eight weeks old when I brought her to Morgan Pet Clinic. Recently Mimi had some issues with blood coming out of her private and diarrhea and vomiting. I have seen Dr. Morgan I have seen Dr. Clark and Dr. Summers. I had an ultrasound done at a different vet location to get the results faster and save a little bit on my pocket book. When I called the Clinic to find out what Dr. Clark thought of the results which were nothing found in the bladder. I requested a return call from Dr Morgan and Dr Clark . Several days went by with NO return call. I'm so disappointed. This demonstrates to me that (it's ALL about money.)Not about the animals. I brought in stool sample because Mimi was having diarrhea. I spoke with Dr Morgan . I was upset and when he explained results I asked him to repeat what he said. He replied "Debbie I just told you!! " If they cared about my Mimi why couldn't they call to see or let me know the next thing to do? I will share my experience with everyone I come in contact with . Our fur babies give us Unconditional Love!!!! Money is what they care about. Find a Vet that wants to take of your pet.Mimi never had a vaccine. I called and they said she might of been sick so she didn't receive it. What happened to the reminder in the mail. Excuses!! I also asked about toenails. Dremel usually no charge. I asked when given the total. It's change. I read report the stated "if she tries to bully you and tries not to pay she is aware of the charge. " First of all I don't bully anyone. This is very interesting. I will share my experience with ALL my fur parents. Don't go to Morgan Pet Clinic. DA

If I could provide negative stars, I would. The staff doesn't properly take care of your pets or feed them properly during boarding. This happened once before, but we decided to give them a second chance as the doctors are really good. We won't make that mistake again!
