Had to visit today because of an ongoing rash with my child. Spoiler : it was strep. I made an appointment with their urgent care before they opened. You can still walk in but I wanted to be sure we were seen. We checked in and got called back IMMEDIATELY. There wasn’t anyone in the waiting room and it was clean and welcoming. We went into a room and the nurse came in within 2 minutes. Once she left the nurse practitioner came in within 5 mins. We ran tests, had a diagnosis and scripts written all within an hour! Very happy with our visit and so grateful the women at children listen to my concerns and we finally have my little one headed to healthy .

I have been here multiple times with each of my kids and never have had a bad experience. The wait time is always less than 5 minutes, the staffing from the front to the back are nice, the doctors will go above and beyond to make sure the children are getting the most thorough and best care possible.
