Had a great interaction with some of the field techs on a job site today out near Bellevue. Very professional and respectful. I would recommend this company based off of how their techs interacted with me. It's nice to work around other contractors who articulate themselves well and are just good dudes. They also did a quality job. Yall got good techs repping you out there! Give them boys a bonus!

I wish I could give 10 stars! Our AC went out Sunday afternoon and quickly got hot in our house, quick response from Holly to set up them to come look at our old unit, but then we decided to just replace the whole unit instead. I can’t express how appreciative we are with their prompt response and service! Jared came to the house before 7am and had the job done by 10:30am. We highly recommend Carters!

I am so impressed by the service I received. My tech explained everything on my heating and cooling system. Showed me the different components and what they do in relation to my geothermal system. I had several questions regarding the system and he was knowledgeable and answered each one in full detail.I have used other heating and cooling companies and they are by far superior to their competition. I would highly recommend this company.
