I really enjoy the staff and facilities at Body Masters. Their new location is large with lots of equipment. The staff is friendly and encouraging. They do a good job of helping you work towards your fitness goals. I have used both their open gym option and their personal training. They don't push their sales, want to make sure their clients are set up for success, whichever their path may be.

Joining BMFC was such a good decision for me. I was apprehensive at first but after working with Chris S. for only a month I've developed so much confidence.
He always leads each session with a check in on how I'm feeling and he makes sure that we're addressing every aspect of fitness - strength training, mobility, metabolic conditioning, nutrition, avoiding injury, etc. He takes the time to actually explain to me why the mechanics of the things we're doing are important and he gives amazing feedback.
