Our builder used them in 2013 for all our interior and exterior rails. They are beautiful and well made. Furthermore, we had a minor issue in the last year that I just brought to their attention a couple weeks ago (June 2023) and they came by and checked it out the same week. Within two weeks, they sent someone out who performed the repairs so quickly, I didn't even know he/she was there ;-)Thank you Bender Ornamental
