Amber was so inviting and made me feel welcome for my first reiki experience. She was so knowledgeable and I felt amazing when I left my appointment! Highly recommend for anyone needing to "de-stress"!

Karaha is amazing at Natural Mind & Muscle!! I go twice per month for cupping/massage. So beneficial for my mind & body. Back pain was so frustrating, now can live relatively pain free! I’ve been to a lot and she’s the BEST!

I haven't personally had services yet, but I will be scheduling very soon.My review is based upon my encounter/engagement with the staff and ambiance. First class, warm and welcoming. When you walk in, you feel like your wanted there and they are happy to see you. I can't wait to go back and patronize.
