We moved into an older home and needed our vents cleaned and a mold inspection. Andrew came out and cleaned the air ducts, he was very professional and did a great job! He also determined that no mold was present in the basement (much to our relief). So often I am concerned that a lot of companies are out for all the money they can take from people, especially first time homeowners with little to no experience. I really appreciate not only thier timeliness with scheduling the inspection and cleaning, but the honesty of telling us we did not need any mold remediation rather than trying to charge us an astronomical amount to fix a problem that wasn't there. Andrew with Advanta Clean came out and did a great job treating my basement after recent flooding rains. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and did a great job cleaning up. Would highly recommend his company!
