The guy didn't complete the project the way I said I wanted, he built it better and safer. They came out fast and got a project done that has been needing to be done for almost a year.

Ace Hardware was very easy to work with assembling my bookcases I ordered online. Fed Ex changed delivery date 5 times, so when it arrived, Tim Christianson arrived quickly to start assembly. There were many, many nuts and bolts included, and Tim was kind and professional the entire time. His friendly manner made me comfortable and I will definitely use their assembly service again. The woman who I spoke with every time the delivery date changed was so friendly and understanding. Ace service is way above and beyond!
