I have been with Todd Neill State Farm Agency since 2013. They have the best customer service and make it personable. Someone in the office always has time to address questions or concerns. I you have to leave a message, they call you back in a timely manner. Because of this I haven't even thought about shopping around at other places. They become your insurance advocates and the agency is the value added service. Great job guys!Ben H.
Almost every time I have called this place in the last 4 or 5 years, Misty has answered the phone. Every single one of those times she was extremely friendly and helpful and happy to help!
I have been with this company for about 6 years. You can not ask for better service. They always answer all my questions and are always very prompt. I don't live in the area anymore. But I refuse to change offices. I don't want to lose this amazing service within this office.
