Complete Eyecare Associates is a highly recommended eye care provider. Dr. French is praised as a very good eye doctor, while the staff in the glasses, contact, and front office departments are described as wonderful, good, and kind. I arrived for my appointment and was brought back for testing quickly. The tech explained the tests and did an excellent job. I had a short wait to see Dr French while my eyes were dilating. Dr French was very nice and took time with me to check my eyes. He explained everything very well and discussed my eye changes. He took me to where the frames were and a nice lady helped me pick out new frames for my new lens prescription. I paid my bill and will pick up my new glasses in about a week. Very happy with my experience!
The staff is friendly and helpful, and went through the various tests quickly and accurately, helpfully explaining the purpose of each. The doctor similarly explained each thing he was doing and quickly resolved an issue I was having, even based on the little information I could provide him.
I have been using Complete Eyecare for more than 30 years, recently switching doctors following the retirement of my initial provider. I am as impressed with Dr. French as I was with Dr. Baxter for the prior 30+ years. I strongly recommend this service provider.
I had a great experience. Each member of the staff that I came into contact with was friendly and knowledgeable. I've been a patient of Dr Gosnell's for a number of years. He explained everything very well and as usual provided a very thorough examination.
