Can't say enough about how happy we were with our service from Clausen Air Heating and Cooling. We needed help with a gas water heater unit. They arrived promptly, the technician was friendly, professional and courteous. He went above and beyond in helping us get our old unit out and the new unit installed. I've had others work on this unit before, and have never had such a quick turn-around and resolution. Plus, the other company would often send two people and I'd get billed double for the two service techs. I highly recommend them, and will be doing business with them going forward.
