Very disappointed with Dylan, the technician assigned to this job. He lacked integrity and was very unreliable when it came to doing the maintenance repairs he said would be done. Lots of excuses and blame shifting, but no follow through when it came to keeping appointments or completing promised work.Service: Roof inspection
A & A Roofing and Exteriors provided complete exterior renovation of our house in Norfolk, NE which included new roof, 18 new windows, new siding and gutters. One dormer didn't quite look right when the crew was finished, but they returned promptly to repair it to our liking. We are very pleased with whole project. It has made a world of difference in the physical appearance of the property and we have received numerous compliments from residents in and around Norfolk. We would hire A & A again.
