I took my girls here today and they fulfilled the part of "a kid in a candy shop"! so many options of fun candies and snacks. also, hands down the best toffee ive ever had in my life!! we will definitely be returning!!

I had just moved to Norfolk and had my fiancé show me around some cute places. 4th St. Sweets just happened to be one of them. Their caramel apples are absolutely to die for, the fudge is so good, and the candies? They have candies I struggle to find anymore. Now I know where to go! Such a cute place, and the owner? She is just as sweet and amazing!

Their caramel apples are so delicious! I highly recommend everyone to go get at least one or maybe even two like me!
