After a bad hail storm, John Mindrup came to my rental property and did a very thorough inspection of the siding/roof on my rental house and garage. He took many pictures of the damage and sent them to my insurance company for review. John is very professional and went over the steps that needed to be taken to get the project done quickly and at the best price for me. Since I am a blind person, it was extremely helpful that John took the time to answer any questions I had plus he went over the colors to choose from and which ones would look good together. We chose Schoen’s when it was time to replace our roof this fall after receiving hail damage last spring. We worked with John M. and were pleased with his attention to detail and clear communication. Schoen’s made the process easy and worry free for us. The roof looks great and I would recommend this company to anyone in the southeast Nebraska and southwest iowa area.
