We really appreciate Matt's timeliness in getting our AC repaired after having gone out over the weekend. He coordinated the repair, and was able to get out for a very timely repair. He did a great job explaining what was working and what wasn't and left us in solid shape ahead of some high temperatures this week.Service: A/C system repair

Matt helped two separate times fixing my AC. He was contracted through my home warranty company. Both times he was here the same day I called, within a few hours. The second time I needed service, I was getting a call to schedule service before I had even hung up from calling my home warranty company telling them about the problem. That kind of promptness is so nice when it's the hottest months of summer and you want your AC working again. Matt was super attentive to details, checking all the different parts of my system, and letting me know what to watch for if I have issues in the future. He even double checked to make sure there were no manufacturer recalls on my equipment....read full review
