Cautionary tale.. I hadn’t used a tanning bed in over a decade and I told the representative that as well as that I was super pale. However I do usually tan pretty well. She said 15 mins was the regular time for this bed & I opted for 12- I have the Worst sun burn I’ve had in my life. Since a week ago, my skin has hurt so bad that I wasn’t able to sleep for three nights and I have a sunburn rash. Now I am peeling like crazy. I contacted customer service & they asked for more information and now I have not heard back from them. My experience here was awesome! I came in with my boyfriend, who loves the feeling of the sun, and these winter months where he gets off work it's already dark outside! So for Christmas I decided to have him try tanning. Murphy (the lady who helped us) was oh so kind! She knew all about the different beds and explained them to us. She also let us know about upcoming deals that Sun Tan City often has. Great experience overall! He loved the experience and he'll be getting a membership for Christmas:)

I just want to start off by saying I don’t typically do reviews of businesses but I was so impressed with the salon director at this location Megan that soon as I got home I made this account just to make this review . she explained everything to me so nicely and constantly reassured me that we have all started somewhere and her job is to educate me. I even told her that I had a couple stupid questions and she told me that there’s no stupid questions . She got me into A membership but before we even discussed pricing she showed me every single bed at the Sun Tan City some of those beds I didn’t even know existed before her. I could tell she was super busy and training another girl but she still kept her cool and treated every customer with respect and a smile she’s the kind of employee that stands out for going above and beyond at her job . definitely left a great impression on me and I’m excited to come back and tan and see her smiling face .
