I loved going here. Everyone I spoke with was helpful, kind, knowledhable, and they listen to what I needed without being pushy about selling either. Excellent people and atmosphere!
I had a horrible experience with Sephora’s credit card program (online), however the assistant manager and and another employee at Lincoln South were amazing. They really fought my corner and did all they could to still make my visit a pleasant one. Their customer service was exceptional and they truly take care of their guests.
Today I walked into Sephora knowing absolutely nothing about makeup completely embarrassed and completely shy.! Illyana welcomed me when I came in and explained everything to me helped me find my shade and went above and beyond for a customer I will def be back.! Thank you .!
