Needed advice and quote on potential work. Very forward with potential prices. No robot answer but rather a short wait for a human to speak with. They even help you with the door should you need it. (Big PC hard to handle getting in the door and such.
These folks are amazing! I brought in my dead laptop on at noon on a Friday. They restored my data to a new laptop and I was out the door on the following Monday. Shout out to Gene and Josue for excellent customer service!
Recently retired and for the first time in 15 years without tech assistance. I chose Quick Connect to be my “tech support” and it has been a “life saver” ! I have been taking tutorial sessions, and my teacher is patient, competent and understanding. In addition, their service is timely. As an example one day I struggled with how to access scanning a document, and at 6:00 in the evening I reached out to Quicken and their assistance helped me to resolve the issue - what a relief.The fast response to my problem just bolstered my confidence that Quick Connect is a true partner as I venture into retirement.Very grateful.John
