“I am a picky dog mom and I absolutely trust the staff at the Groom Room with my pups. One of my pups is especially grumbly and the other is scared of everything. The staff love on my special dogs and appreciate them for their quirks. When I've used other groomers, I didn't ever know who would be working when my dogs went in. I see the same, consistent staff, every time I'm at the Groom Room which means they must be doing something right for their staff members too! I would trust them with my children if I had any. You won't regret choosing the Groom Room!“

“Had to come to Lincoln as my vet isn’t open on weekends. Had a non-emergent issue with my dog. It was a super fast check in process especially for it being our first time there, we hardly waited and got in a room. Everyone was very nice and the doctor was great with my dog. The vet tech even helped me lift my 88 lb golden into my car since she was struggling with her hind leg a little and I was by myself. I really appreciated their service and kindness!“

“I had a wonderful experience yesterday when my puppy was sick. My daughter took him in and they treated my daughter with respect and took care of the pup amazingly! Great communication with me since I couldn't be there and they didn't try to upcharge us or suggest treatment that wasn't necessary. We had to take him to the emergency vet on 9th for overnight care and that experience was less than favorable.“

They also monitor and work well with shy dogs and make sure to relocate them to smaller rooms/“dinky daycare” if they believe it’s what the dog needs.
