We had end of life service and they were amazing at this most difficult time! The front desk lady was truly a blessing. My daughter got to pick out an urn and colors for the paw print. They made prints of Dillion's nose and paws as well. Very compassionate and allowed us all the time we needed to say good bye to our beloved dog. Rainbow bridge... run free and see you in heaven.

The staff and Dr. Otto have been amazing with my two cats. I've never had a vet who pet and talked to my cats like he does-I can tell he truly loves animals. They were able to get my cat in on short notice when my old vet said they couldn't get him in for 4 days and suggested emergency vet. Turns out my cat had severe kidney stones, was blocked up, and had to stay several nights at Superior Vet. Dr. Otto called me each day to update me on my cat's condition and treatment. They work partner with a prescription company so I can get a discount on prescription cat food and have it shipped to my house. Bonus--they have an old sweet cat that lives there and loves petting!

Great staff, they got my fur baby in as soon as they could and took extraordinary care of him. We use their pet plans and all 3 of our fur babies are patients of the clinic. Our cat Zeus had to have a leg amputated and they have been amazing through the whole ordeal, even dealing with the panicked fur mommy I turned into.
