“Had to come to Lincoln as my vet isn’t open on weekends. Had a non-emergent issue with my dog. It was a super fast check in process especially for it being our first time there, we hardly waited and got in a room. Everyone was very nice and the doctor was great with my dog. The vet tech even helped me lift my 88 lb golden into my car since she was struggling with her hind leg a little and I was by myself. I really appreciated their service and kindness!“

“The receptionists up front know my dog and I by name and get so excited to welcome him for daycare! He loves going in. They also monitor and work well with shy dogs and make sure to relocate them to smaller rooms/“dinky daycare” if they believe it’s what the dog needs. I Always trust them with my best buddy’s needs and health.“

“I had a wonderful experience yesterday when my puppy was sick. My daughter took him in and they treated my daughter with respect and took care of the pup amazingly! Great communication with me since I couldn't be there and they didn't try to upcharge us or suggest treatment that wasn't necessary. We had to take him to the emergency vet on 9th for overnight care and that experience was less than favorable.“

“We had end of life service and they were amazing at this most difficult time! The front desk lady was truly a blessing. My daughter got to pick out an urn and colors for the paw print. They made prints of Dillion's nose and paws as well. Very compassionate and allowed us all the time we needed to say good bye to our beloved dog. Rainbow bridge... run free and see you in heaven.“
