We started out with a different company for help with scratching and squeaking in our attic. We paid them for their inspection and were told it was bats. We put down quite a bit for exclusion work.Fast forward several weeks, noises became more frequent and we reached back out to that same company for help only to be told there was nothing they could do in winter and it was normal for bats to make those noises. We called a second company that never even reached back out.We then called Pal Pest at our wits end and requested an inspection. Louie not only went into the attic and looked around but he conclusively identified it was mice that was our problem all along and NOT bats.
