Dr. Raymond has been praised for fixing prescriptions and providing temporary solutions. On the other hand, some customers have had negative experiences, citing incorrect prescriptions, rude staff, and unprofessional behavior. Wait times have been reported to be short, and the front desk staff has been helpful in choosing glasses and making adjustments.
I went in for an exam and Ashley gave me the wrong prescription. They sent the glasses back twice more, I still can't see out of my glasses, and now they won't give me my money back. Kim called me to "discuss options" and is VERY rude and disrespectful when talking to a patient about the office errors!! Their office staff is far from professional and don't know what they're doing. 🤡 If you want something you can see out of, go somewhere else. Don't go here!!! I gave them a second chance after last time telling me I had MS based on my eye exam, and I'm sorry I gave them a second chance. Because now I'm out $525. I will never suggest this place to anyone!!!
The doctor is very knowledgeable and also very nice. The staff is excellent!
