The outside temp was -20 and our furnace went out overnight. We called National Furnace shortly before six and Nolan arrived onsite before 6:30 AM. The company texted us when he was on his way.Nolan fixed our issue, and we now have our heat back. We are grateful to him and National Furnace for their quick response to our needs.
