My Samsung front load washer was not working properly. An SC code kept showing up even though I had drained all the water out and cleaned the filter multiple times. I was not sure who to contact regarding about my washer, so I posted on facebook. Megan reached out saying that she does appliance repair. I then contacted her. She came and looked at it and based on what I seen she was very knowledgable on her work. She was able to fix my washer and have it working again. Turned out that the drain pump motor was not working. I will be using her service again in the future. Thank you!
My dryer had stopped heating up & I reached out to Megan & she came all the way from Lincoln to Omaha to help me out. Was here less than 30 mins & got the job done!
