I recently had the pleasure of working with McKinnis Roofing & Sheet Metal for a roof repair project, and I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service. From the initial phone call to the completion of the project, their team was friendly, responsive, and attentive to my needs. They kept me informed throughout the process and ensured that I was satisfied with the results. During the most recent storm 7/31/2024. I had a branch fall on my roof. After further inspection the next morning I noticed it went thru my roof. I had worked with Joey prior. Gave him a call and he came out the same day. He was able to patch it up for me. Then submitted a work order for it to be fixed in the next couple of weeks as everything is sealed up for the time being. It's always nice knowing you can call your sales rep ( Joey) and he is willing to make time for you the same day during a busy schedule from the storm. Mckinnis Roofing you have a great sales rep on your hand!
McKinnis is an excellent company and I highly recommend them for your roofing and gutter work. I'm so glad I chose this company. Their customer service and production teams were outstanding from start to finish. They kept me informed throughout, provided valuable recommendations and delivered quality work. Doubt you could find a better company in this area.
