Trang, the hairdresser, looked at it and recreated it to both my granddaughter and my satisfaction. She took time to explain how to style her hair at home and used some of her product to show her. We asked if she had that product for sale there, she didn't push any purchases like some places do, and Trang took the time to show my granddaughter how to use it and how much to use.
