He was so patient explaining the process and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Most important he dealt with my insurance company which was balking on coverage. He was tireless with them and in the end, we were covered less our deductible. The crews that came out were thorough in cleaning up after themselves and did a great job. Apple roofing was sent over by my insurance. Communication was great and he was on time for the appointment. Michael Starks showed up to do the inspection. From the start he was super helpful and very professional and very personable.
