I had been receiving treatment from Dr. Horak this past Winter up until The end of April for lower back pain and alignment. Since then, I've been away from being able to continue treatment due to my job, but have continued to strengthen the affected area with a regimen of exercises and stretches recommended by Dr. Horak and his staff. Fast forward to August; I haven't had any issues with lower back pain and hit my Personal Best deadlift of 310 LBS recently since seeking treatment. If you're hesitant in finding that RIGHT place to go to that cares about getting you back out and doing the things you love again, Horak Chiropractic and Acupuncture is exactly that place! Dr Horak is so impressive. His knowledge, empathy, professional manner and overall confidence in my ability to improve has given me more hope than I’ve had for a long time. It’s been over a year since I could use my shoulder and in 4-5 weeks I’ve made great strides. The ice packs are gone! Dr. Horak is very kind and good at what he does. I suffered from severe nausea in the first trimester of pregnancy and receiving accupunture from him really helped! I will continue to see him throughout my pregnancy. Greatful for all his knowledge and expertise!!!
