They always have someone that can come when I need them and they are always on time. They truly care about not only my husband but our whole family. “I am a client of Synergy Home Care of Lincoln and have been for many years. They are always very responsive and do a great job matching up caregivers to my needs. I am a quadriplegic. I normally have caregivers part-time during the day and overnight to turn me every three hours. On one recent occasion I got sick and was going to need a caregiver full-time during the day. Shortly after I notified Synergy of my situation a Synergy representative arrived at my home and introduced me to a new caregiver who would be assisting me. She did a great job. She was a super nice lady and was able to step right in and do all the things that I needed and one of my regular caregivers was willing to come early so I had no gap in coverage. Fortunately my illness only lasted two days. It was a real lifesaver for me how quickly Synergy was able to arrange for caregivers to assist me during my illness. Synergy really tries to accommodate their client’s needs.“
