Ken was amazing to work with! He was professional, timely, and met the constraints of our budget.Ken's communication was great. We had him finish our basement. About 300 square feet with a living room, 1/2 bath, and closet.Thanks Ken! We were beyond impressed and are willing to recommend him to anyone looking for renovations. I am the Business Manager of a LLC who "flips" houses. I contacted Ken at Golden Oak when we were in a real pinch with another contractor to help us out and finish the job as project manager. Ken did an outstanding job for us and we were able to sell the house quickly and for full price. Ken is a good supervisor of any crews he has and consious of one's budget and goal. He is trustworthy and always easy to get a hold of to discuss any concerns or changes. Ken will always take the extra step to do things right and finishes on time. I will be happy to recommend Ken and Golden Oak for any job he says he can do, big or small.
