Kevin went above and beyond once again. Our puppy ran through our basement over our brand new light gray carpet with muddy paws and tracked in who knows what else. We tried cleaning it ourselves to no avail. I reached out to Kevin yesterday asking for help and he came this morning!! The carpet is as good as new and smells great too. Not all heros wear capes.
