I honestly do not have anything bad to say. I have had nothing but great experiences will all the technical help I have received. What I like most is that they don't talk down to a person as if I don't know what I am talking about; not at all snooty and I have worked with my share of IT people who always made it feel like I was the problem. I think the Five Nines technical support ROCKS!
