There are several things I didn't like about the salons services. First of all it's on a busy street with minimal parking. I went in as a first time client and asked for highlights stating that my hair has a tendency to pull orange and red. We did decided to do highlights and it took over an hour to process which would have been fine if that was communicated to me. Finally I asked over an hour later if we were about done. 20 more minutes.... In the mean time I waited in silence (since the other hair dresser that was playing the music had left). So another one of her clients and I waited in the silence while she played on her cell phone. I was so frustrated by... read full review
