I cannot say enough about the girls at empower physical therapy! I came in with severe pelvic pain in pregnancy and they were so caring and knowledgeable. With their expertise it was completely gone within two sessions. They prepared me for birth with specific exercises tailored to me and taught me how to effectively push. My second birth experience was completely different than my first, thanks to them. They are so knowledgeable and amazing post partum. I saw major improvements after just one session. They are what every mom needs! I cannot thank them enough!

I saw Stef for pelvic floor PT throughout my last pregnancy and to say that she was a God send is an understatement! I had the most incredibly comfortable pregnancy with her techniques and guidance. Things took an interesting turn when my daughter came…I had an unexpected C-section 3 weeks early and had extreme difficulty with urination while in the hospital. With Stef’s expert care, I was able to follow her prompts and get discharged from the hospital without issue.
