James came out to check out our broken heat pump (we knew it was going to need replaced). He took the panel off and explained what went wrong in a way that I could understand. He had a crew out to install a new one right away. Would highly recommend!Services: Heating system installation

Been using Cool Concepts for years at our office. Our AC went out yesterday, I called the office around 11am. Full well knew they would be swamped and zero expectations of them getting us in the same day. One of the guys made it out office around 2:30pm. Found, fixed and cleaned everything up and was done by 3pm. SO grateful! We have always gotten excellent service from Cool Concepts and would 100% recommend for people every time.Services: A/C system maintenance
