This was my first experience with physical therapy, and I found the staff very friendly, helpful, and encouraging in their approach to my therapy. I found their knowledge of the physiology associated with my health problem extremely helpful and found it useful in expanding my understanding of my surgery as well as the necessary steps toward recovery of strength and function. I recommend this team to anyone needing this service.
I liked all the therapists who helped me. They were kind and understanding of my pain, and well informed to help me know what to expect. The therapy for my total knee replacement really helped me to progress and I'm very happy with my care there. I will be going back after my second knee surgery.
Despite the pain physical therapy will cause, these are some of the nicest people to work with. The laid-back atmosphere is very therapeutic and all the staff have been great to work with.So far I've been seen for both my right shoulder and knee (post-surgery). Each time, I've seen a different technician or therapist, but it doesn't matter cause they are great at communicating with each other about your care and regiment for the day.FYI Check your insurance plan for network status, as you might be likely to have a co-pay for each visit (mine was around $30 until my Deductible/out-of-pocket max was met).
