I love Amy and she is the only reason I drive from Omaha. Today I was told to report at 7:45 am for a blood draw. At 8:06 I asked about the blood draw and was told they don’t have a phlebotomist on staff today. I was beyond frustrated and upset. I was referred to another facility for the blood draw that was extremely professional and welcoming.

Dr. Bertolini is a great doctor. He is the ONLY doctor that I know who will call me directly to make sure I'm feeling better after I was in the office for an illness. He also takes the time to listen, explain everything, and then come up with a plan for treatment. I've been a patient of the clinic for a long time and not once have I not received the quality of care I deserve. Thank you for what you do Dr. Bertolini, I wish more doctors were like you!

Dr. Bertolini is an excellent Doctor and I will keep on coming because of him. However, the person at the reception desk was not a welcoming staff, especially in the beginning and I really felt was discriminate against at one point.
