I highly recommend Carpets Direct. I worked with Chris and Audrey in purchasing new flooring for our home. They were helpful throughout the whole process and patient with me in changing my mind several times. They never made me feel bad and truly wanted me to be satisfied with my flooring. The flooring was installed in a timely manner. Amilcar and his crew, who installed the flooring, were hard working, answered all my questions, were polite and did an outstanding job on the floor. I don’t write a lot of reviews, but CD is well worth it. They have a huge selection with extremely competitive pricing and no pressure sales. We wanted some niche products and Chris went out of his way to help find what we needed. The whole process was frictionless, the installation team was timely, professional, and you can tell they took a lot of time to get seams done invisibly on a complicated pattern carpet. Save yourself a lot of time and hassle and check out carpets direct.
