I have been known to stall going to the dentist in the past, even just for a cleaning. The sound of the drills haunted my dreams, and the idea of giving me a shot in my gums never had an appeal. In the end I ended up waiting too long, as I have now. From the time I walked in the door I was impressed with the facility. Every employee that I met was very professional and knowledgeable. Honest Review of Aspen Dental
Today was my first visit to Aspen Dental. The staff were very polite, friendly, and explained everything clearly.
However, I was told that I would receive a referral, a full treatment plan, and a cost estimate by email within an hour. The entire day has passed, and I still haven’t received anything. This is a significant downside, because these documents are important for planning my treatment.
Otherwise, the clinic seems good, and I hope the documents will still be sent so I won’t need to come back in person just to get them.
Aspen Dental made an uncomfortable experience into an experience that made me feel better and hopeful about my future smile. They took the time to help me through the costs and insurance coverage as well get me set up with credit information to help cover my costs. Thank you!
