Arrived within an hour of my call. Zack went to the effort and time of inspecting, cleaning and repairing my water heater rather than trying to upsell me a new one, saving me a lot of money. For the amount of work and time spent in addition to the parts replaced I thought the price was reasonable. I will be a repeat customer!
