I had Absolute Comfort Heating and a/c out last week. They checked everything out with my heating and cooling system. We woke up to no heat yesterday. I called to leave a message before normal business hours and heard from Darren right away. He had a technician out to our house by 9:30 who was very personable and professional. We thought we had a quick fix and then realized the problem was bigger. Darren made a special trip to Omaha to get the unit so that we could have heat that night and his guys swooped in and worked all afternoon to get it up and running. I had a question that evening and emailed and had my answer right away again! (I feel bad as I wonder if they sleep!?) The entire team was kind, professional and friendly. My mechanicals room was cleaner when they left then when they arrived and they were all sweet to my dogs. Our puppy loved them! Thank you for being fair, honest, professional, kind, incredibly responsive, and for getting us heat on one of the coldest days of the year so far!
