We've used Jones' several times the past few years. First couple times with issues with our AC unit. They didn't gouge us or try and rip us off. Found the first time was a chewed wire by a puppy. 30 minutes and minimal cost for them to fix. Second time was later last summer our unit stopped turning on. They had a capacitor with them on the truck and had it replaced within an our. Both times they were here either same day or next day. Amazing service. This year we had a different contractor relocate some hvac ductwork, and had no airflow to the vents they worked on. Jones' guys came out and fixed it the right way. Now we have airflow again and they showed us what was done incorrectly and why there was no airflow. Fixed right and again extremely quickly! Can't see any reason why we'd ever need to call anyone else! Keep up the good work guys!

Our central air went out yesterday (the hottest day of the year yet) and they were there and had our problem fixed in less than an hour. Very friendly tech. I highly recommend.
