Took my child there because they weren’t feeling well. All Dr. Carlson did was talk down to my child. Told that there depression was out of control and needed to get a handle on it. NOT what we were there for, not to be talked down on!
When I stood up for my child and told her not to be talking them like that she said that I’m disrespecting her by saying she’s disrespecting me and my child,

I took my 1 year old daughter to see Katie Hueftle for a white spot on the roof of her mouth. Katie told me that my daughter had Coxsackie virus and it would go away within a week. When I got home I started researching the virus and I noticed that it didn't match with what my daughter had. I took another look at the roof of my daughter mouth and noticed the white spot in her mouth was a perfect circle with some silver. I felt the spot with my fingers and manage to removed it. It turn out to me a sticker. It may seem silly, but if i would have taken the word of the medical provider and waited a week my daughter could have swallow or the sticker could have gone to her lungs.

Stephanie Reutlinger is our primary care provider and has done nothing but provide the best quality care for my two boys and I. My oldest son is a teenager involved in sports and just had his sports physical where she went above and beyond to make sure that he was comfortable and able to understand everything she was talking about. When a 15 year old boy says how cool his provider is you know she’s something special. I would recommend her to anyone that’s looking for a quality care provider. She’s the absolute best.
