What a great, positive experience! May washed, cut and styled my hair beautifully. So friendly and knew what I needed!The young lady that did my eyebrow/lip wax was such a pleasant conversationalist, it wasn't as uncomfortable as previous times at other places.

I followed my spirit on where I should get my hair done (dyed red and dark brown low lights and highlights) and my spirit chose Planet Hair. Lorraine, the owner, set me up with an appointment with her. I recognized her right away but did not know from where (found out later apparently the same happened for her). We had phenomenal al conversation. I felt very comfortable/confident with my hair in her hands. She has owned her own salon for over 30years. Eventually, her and I both realized where we recognized each other from. She did my hair 20 years ago!!! I was able to get in quikly and at a time that worked for me. Kaylie was my stylist and I was new to the shop. She was amazing! We clicked personally and she listened to what I wanted. Love my haircut...I will be a return customer!Services: Haircut
