Chelsea was so knowledgeable and helpful. I had a membership here a few years ago, and was never impressed with the customer service, but things have changed! They were so friendly and honest! Great experience!

After being a longtime member of the competition across the street I gave Palm Beach a try and I regret not going there sooner! This place is amazing the staff is great very knowledgeable super friendly the beds are amazing they even supply your eyewear! And I love that they’re open till 10 PM during the week.

I love this place!! Absolutely love, love, LOVE the staff, they greet me by name and remember little details that make my experience there really special every time. The salon is spotless every time, no matter how busy they are I can't say enough great things about PBT!
