This has got to be the most accommodating and friendly place in town - very pleasant experience! When my rugs were clean and ready for pickup, but my house reno work was not ready, they gladly held onto the rugs until it was convenient for me to come get them. The young men who found & carried the rugs out were so polite - holding doors, thanking me for my business … oh, and my rugs look fabulous! In fact, they look brand new!

Working with Cameron was great! The response time when needing something was fantastic! Also when things seemed to not be going the way Cameron wanted them he always found a way to get things moving along and continue the work! 10 out of 10 in my book!

Cameron (the owner) and his daughter are nothing but the best! They really know their stuff, down to a literal science! (Washimg and also restoration) As a professional rug cleaner here in Wisconsin, they both helped me a ton with information and education on how to save a rug i was washing from complete wreckage. If you ever need a rug washed...Please call them. They are great! The best results you could ever get!
