Would give 0 stars if I could. Thought I would update the previous review I had made by adding that I got little to no correspondence for being able to make right what was done poorly. I ended up going to get a root canal elsewhere because the pain that was caused was so bad it kept me up at night and I could hardly eat anything. So that was $1400 I had to pay to fix a mistake of their dentist. The filling was not deep and wasn't close to the nerve in my tooth, so this dentist (the male) is just negligent in his work. Beware!
I'm very disappointed to be honest. I had a good first visit. I even offered to pay the program on my first appointment, but the staff stated that I would pay it later, after a second needed third party visit. The staff stated someone was going to call me. I was happy to get on board with the plan. I called 10 days later because no one called me to do extra work that I need to get done. Your staff even suggested to wait on the payment again. I have been with so much pain and I requested the number, but they stated that someone was going to call me back and again they did not request payment. I really don't think the staff here in this clinic are in the same page. This miscommunications issues, if address could save you guys lots of customer services issues. Today, I called back because I notice the clinic called and a message me during the past few days. Not that I did not want to answer, people work and just like you we cannot answer right away. Honestly, I really wanted to be seen and get back to the whatever the plan was with the dentist but...... This is the thing, the fact that the lady who took my call did not empathize with me, the fact that she did not even hear me, and treated me harshly. This changes my mind completely. I can pay the plan 260 something like that or pay the full price 370 and call it quits. Well, GUESS WHAT.... The issue here is the lack of compassion, the lack of professionalism, the lack of time to hear me... THIS IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was planning to go with it but my dignity as a person is more than 370.00. THANK YOU BUT NOT THANK YOU!!!
My whole family has used Summit Dental for years. We were at a different location previously but haven't seen a change in service. Still very pleased with how thorough they are. They seem to truly care about their patients. We have a great relationship with all the staff and doctors. Highly recommended! Ryan C.
