The technician was very polite and clarified upfront what he was there to do and did the maintenance check on my air conditioning as planned. He also found a small puddle of water in my basement and advised me of it. It was especially appreciated because as a handicapped person, I’m not able to access my basement. Now I’ll be able to send a friend down to my basement to look into the situation and fix it for me. I’ve used Aksarben for both my heating and air conditioning for many years and I’ll continue to do so. I highly recommend them.
